Where can the driver find me?

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a sign showing your name. If you cannot find the driver, simply call our hotline and we will connect you with the driver.

What if the plane, train or bus is late?

We monitor arrivals of airplanes, trains and buses online. Don’t worry, even if your flight is delayed, your driver will be waiting for you.

What if I am late?

The driver will be waiting for you for 15 minutes. If he cannot reach you via phone, he can leave the place and in that case, you have no right for refund.

Will there be anyone in the car with me?

No. We provide only private transfers. Our cars are booked just for you.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our prices are final, fixed and guaranteed. All prices include VAT.
